Procedure to follow in case of Online Payment Failure

• If the payment is deducted from your bank/card account, but it is not reflected in the Recruitment System.
• Candidates are requested to wait for some time (sometimes its takes about 24 hours) to reflect the payment
• If the problem persists then
• Please send following information on drestablishment@sgbau.ac.in 

1) Application Number (beginning with SGBAU-CT-.....)
2) Name
3) Post applied for
4) Payment receipt/screenshot (Attach with the mail)
